  This is warning for anyone looking for plumbing work in the area. Ivan Ortiz has blocked me because he failed to follow through with my repair. I am adding pictures to show what he did to my wall. He used caulk on my wall and not putty. I advise you not to use him or his company for any type of service that will require patchwork when they are done. Yes the plumbing issue was fixed but he charged extra to do this to my wall. Lesson learned from me.
