  Home Inspector recommendation Just like the title says. We are looking for a good home inspector. We dont want to use the one the real estate agent "works" with. Any help is appreciated.

  Bill Carlson inspected our 113-year-old home. We were pretty concerned we could end up with a "money pit" given the age and condition (we renovated pretty extensively) but Bill put our fears to rest conducting an inspection that lasted six hours and providing an incredibly thorough report.
