  Looking for a Real Estate Agent; investment property As per the title. Looking and recommendations from this community for an agent from Windsor who focuses on rental/income properties in the Windsor East/ Tecumseh areas. I’m from out of town but used to work in Windsor briefly, would like an expert to take me through potential investments in the area with expertise on the city. Please let me know if anyone in this community has had success with a knowledgeable agent that they could recommend. Thanks in advance!

  Hi Buildadoor, I had a client bring this thread to our attention. We are actually a team of agents, and several specialise full time in income property sales. Greg Miell does all the apartment buildings and commercial/industrial, Steve Jarrouge does all the student rentals, duplexes to 6-units (he sells 2.5 per week just in income properties), John Wessel does our turnaround projects, Sadi Moro takes care of our condo investors. 95% of our investor client base do not live in Windsor, so we are quite used to setting up the "out of towner" for long term success.
