  It's called an undercut and I know [MCN Salon](http://mcnsalon.com/) in Shadyside/East Liberty does them. It's an awesome look, but just make sure you discuss the upkeep with your stylist (you'll need to get it trimmed often to keep it tidy) and that you're comfortable with how it'll look if/when you decide to grow it out.
