  Second hand stores that do buy-outs? Our friends have some stuff they inherited that they would like to sell as a lot to any place (or anyone) that re-sells. It's mostly furniture: beds, desks, tables, lamps, a washer/dryer, some artificial home-decor plants, Christmas decorations, etc. It's in good condition but it's just your basic middle-class furnishings. No antiques or high-end items. They are non-smokers so it doesn't have any weird smells or anything like that (apparently that's a problem with some second-hand goods). Can anyone recommend a business that does buy-outs and will come and pick the items up? The house is located by First & Grant and everything is on the ground floor, no steps, easy moving.
