Needs to be a licensed arborist, as I am in the Town of James Island. Any help or suggestions? While I am concerned about price, I moreso need it quickly as the tree is seriously leaning over the house and got struck in the last storm. And insurance isn't going to do squat. They say it's "maintenance" and if it falls, will likely be denied because of neglect. So anyone who know someone who does tree removal and has a cherry picker, because a major portion is now leaning over the house.
