I'm planning on remodeling the kitchen, bathroom, and flooring in my condo within the next few months and would like to find a reputable local contractor. I would also like for this person to be able to rewire and plumb an area for a washer & dryer. Any recommendations or even warnings about specific contractors are greatly appreciated!
