Probably need a general contractor but I'll take individual sub contractors recommendations as well. There is: 1. framing and flooring that needs to be redone. 2. some electrical 3. trim work 4. glass wall for tiled shower 5. gutters 6. garage door repair (replace if needed) 7. lots of odds and ends that unskilled labor can do.

My friends and family aren't helping much for recommendations so we are looking for a roofing company to re-roof our single story medium sized house. We won't need to finance the work if that matters. Looking for recommendations from people who just had work done on their roofs within the last year or two and not people recommending their buddies to help them out.
