  You can get every spice and dried herb imaginable at [Kalustyan's](http://www.kalustyans.com/). [NY Cake](http://www.nycake.com/), [Sur La Table](http://www.surlatable.com/) and [Broadway Panhandler](http://www.broadwaypanhandler.com) all have excellent baking supplies. I've only been to the latter two, as the reviews for NY Cake turn me off.
