Where can a side sleeper buy a good mattress? Just moved to Dusseldorf and am shopping for a bed. I get the impression its customary to sleep on your back in Germany, given the small pillows and narrow blankets.
Heaven is sleeping on my side, hugging a pillow. This includes a larger blanket, 2 pillows, and a soft bed. I think I can find the blankets and pillows at the malls, but where can I find a softer mattress that is still supportive? I don't want a foam pad or foam mattress; I have tried these and its not for me.
I know there is a Tempur store nearby, but my price range is ~800 Euro and they start well beyond that. I'd be open to buying a used/ discounted mattress, I just don't know where to look. Ikea is great for a lot but not for beds in my opinion.
There are more online companies that sell mattresses in the US, and was curious if there was something trendy out here?
*Edit: I think I am looking for Taschenfederkernmatratzen?
Mattress Stores? Hello! Can anyone recommend a good mattress store or furniture store that sells mattresses in Wien? Preferably not extremely high end, but I am looking for alternatives to Ikea.
Thanks!
