  New Transplants - Women of NOVA, help my wife find a new salon. Please. We recently moved to Sterling and my wife, whom is from Japan if that is relevant, is nervous about getting her haircut in the States. Can anyone recommend a salon around the area?

  My stylist, [Lea](http://www.leashairstudio.com/), works independently and is located at Salon Plaza in Sterling. She has clients of all ethnicities and is fairly affordable for the area. She will be away for the month of December, though.
