We're in North Buffalo and I see there are a ton of dog boarding facilities but not many for cats. Ideally we'd like to spend about $15/day. I've considered pet sitting in the house instead, but I worry about any inclement weather that would prevent someone from being able to show up (and I also think my cat would go nuts being alone all day except for a few minutes of feeding.) If you know an awesome pet sitter with reasonable prices though, I would also consider it! Thanks!

  I haven't used a local boarding service because my cats flip out when they get boarded and it takes a few weeks to get them back to normal. However, I have used [these guys](http://www.nickelcitywalkers.org) to do pet sitting for me. They did a great job, and I think my cats behaved better for them than they do for me.
