  If you want some good barbecue, you should talk to these guys: http://www.prairiefirebbq.com/ I'll vouch for their tastiness, and they've catered for the US Embassy and some of the NFL events too. If they ask who told you about them, it was the guy who wrote about them in the KC Star.
