  We used [Donna Goings](http://www.donnagoings.com/) for our buyers' agent a few years ago. She's been in Charlottesville a long time and had a lot of great "insider" info for us-- like what older neighborhoods are prone to what problems and that sort of thing. Couldn't recommend her more highly!
