  Realtors to help us find a rental house Hello everyone! My fiance and I are moving to Winston-Salem for work in June and we are looking at various rental properties. We only have a small amount of free time to get down to WS so we are hoping to enlist a realtor to help us find some rental properties. Does anyone have any recommendations for realtors that are good for rentals? I have been looking at APS realty group but any and all recommendations are welcome! Thanks, everyone!

  These are the only two I've had experience with. Home Real Estate is the first place I rented with, and they're pretty nice and easy. Baldwin is the second which I just rented with and will be moving into a property managed by them in about a week. Hope this helps!
