New office - carpeting, plumbing, etc. Did a few unsuccessful searches - thought there were a few posts discussing reliable contractors for home services - carpeting, plumbing, etc.
I'm close to signing a lease for commercial space - 2800 sq ft. in an office building - the issue is, I need to make all the tenant improvements myself. I think I can cover the painting aspect, but I'm in need of a reliable contractor who can lay carpet, run some plumbing, and install a few small appliances (drain/sink.)
Any recommendations on who I should talk to? Or do we have any qualified DC Redditors interested? For obvious reasons, looking for licensed/bonded/insured.
Thanks in advance!

Your landlord may have some recommendations. I used [Structure Tone](http://www.structuretone.com/ST/index.nsf/vpages/DC?opendocument) to do the buildout on my space recently, but it was quite a bit larger.
