My fiance and I just moved to a great apartment in Hayes Valley with two dogs -- a small fluffy one under 10lbs, and a big playful mutt over 70lbs. We know that our apartment is a total unicorn in that it allowed us to bring our dogs and has great amenities and location. Anyway, we both work normal hours (9ish to 6ish) and, since our dogs are unfortunately both quite spoiled and active, need something for them to do during the day. At the very least a dog walker, and possibly a doggie daycare a couple days a week for them to get their energy out. I'd love to hear suggestions for what you dog owners do with your pups during the long days and recommendations for walkers/boarding/etc. We have a flexible budget (DINK life) but don't want to spend more on our dogs' fun than we do on our own. Recs for local bars/restaurants/etc. that are dog-friendly also welcome. Thanks in advance!
