  Top surgery alone So I want top surgery and luckily will be able to afford it by the end of the year. However I most likely won't have anyone to go with me. What surgeons would you guys recommend that might have a a recovery center I can go to after? Or a nurse I can hire for after? I prefer the most cost effective option. I know doctors won't let me be alone after surgery so I want to know what is a safe alternative since I literally have no one that can help me. Thanks!

  There's New Beginnings in Florida: http://newbeginningstlc.org/ It's close to both Dr. Sassani and Dr. Garramone, I think. I'm also looking into the place. If you search for it here there have been a few guys that have posted about their experience.
