  Anyone know a good 'furnace guy (or woman)'? My furnace is making some wonky noises (yes, technical term) and isn't able to keep the temperature up to what it should be. I found a great guy off of kijiji when I needed some maintenance done about a year and a half ago, but he seems to have moved on. Does anyone know of a handyman/woman who does furnace repair/maintenance? I know that I could call one of the many furnace places in town. But furnaces are such a [relatively] simple thing, I'd prefer to keep my costs down and hire someone who does work on the side, works for themselves, etc. Thanks in advance.

  I rent, and my landlord uses [Salmon](http://www.salmonplumbing.ca/). I'm not sure of their price, but they always get the job done quick and well.
