Grand Rapids Home Inspection Recommendation I am looking for a good, reliable, possibly on the cheap end, home inspector to inspect a house I am looking at purchasing. Any one have a recommendation?
Edit: Thanks for the recommendations everyone! We decided to go with Thom Bowyer partly because he has someone come in and inspect the chimney/fireplace for free and we have a few fireplaces in the house we would love to get in working order.
Edit 2: For anyone still interested, we had our inspection last week and Thom was awesome. Super thorough, we went around the house and did his thing, I would check in with him every now and then on the major stuff I noticed. Afterwards he whipped up the report and went over it page by page with me, over 60 pages. His inspection helped me to ask more concessions into the sale of the house, especially some big ticket items that need replacing soon. I would highly recommend Thom! Thanks for all the suggestions!
