  Look into these guys: Floyd Property Management. They're located at 800 N Locust St. and their phone number is(940) 383-3887. They're a small, family-owned business but I loved leasing from them. They were responsive and courteous. When winter hit and my heating wasn't working, the landlord brought out space heaters from his own home and lent them to us until the heater got fixed the following Monday if I recall correctly. I leased a small two-bedroom apartment from them, right next to TWU for 675. I'm thinking you can find something similar with them or they can refer you to someone else if possible. Good luck!
