  Suggestions on a wedding caterer in Charlottesville? My fiance and I aren't from the area, but have chosen Charlottesville because it's a central spot for all our East Coast family and friends. The downside is we don't really know much about the area, outside of the few times we've visited. We've nailed down our venue -- a winery just outside of Charlottesville -- and have started to look at caterers. Does anybody have experience with caterers they would recommend? Or suggest we avoid?   My friend's Mom has her own catering business in Charlottesville. I have to be honest and say that I have never been to an event that she has catered professionally. However, I ALWAYS look forward to the times when she invites me to a dinner party. As a note, I mostly eat vegetarian, but I always make an exception for these parties : ) http://www.apimentocatering.com/
