Recommendation for dentist to get an inexpensive mouth guard? My insurance doesn’t cover mouth guards (to be worn overnight for grinding). I’ll need to pay cash. Can anyone recommend a place with a good rate? My current dentist quoted me $500.
Thanks!

Shutte & McKnight have a less expensive option as well as the lab made one that is like $300-500. I forget how much the in-house one was, I want to say it was like $50-$100, but it is thinner than the other lab made one. https://www.schuttemcknightdds.com/
