  Blue Star Barbershop: https://www.bluestarbarbershop.com/ It depends on your definition of fairly cheap but you get a haircut, hot towel head massage, neck shave, and authentic barbershop shoulder massage for $21. Once you find a stylist you like you can check their weekly work schedule online.
