  Hey, I have just moved to fhain and used Dr Ute Richter (She speaks both english and german) http://www.dr-richter-immobilien.de/ I also happen to know that she has a lot of flats free on simon-dach str and makes immediate decisions when renting out flats sometimes. Thanks,
