  Looking for a good real estate agent We’re moving to Lakeland from out of state and I’ve had bad luck with agents the past two times we’ve done this. We value quick communication and knowledge of flipping potential. I know the market in Lakeland is not very flip friendly, but I’ve seen a couple come and go. We also want someone OK with doing a day or two of showing and then paperwork long distance. We also do not want to sign a contract with an agent until we’ve gotten a feel for how they work.
