Looking for a good East Side Realtor I've previously had my home listed with a realtor that didn't quite grasp the East Nashville market. Looking for advice, suggestions, experiences that you have.
If you are a realtor, we're not looking for quick cash, nor are we flippers. I've lived here in this house for more than 10 years and it's time to move onward.
Looking forward to your comments.

I recommend Kate Nelson, www.realestatewithkate.com.
Looking at moving to Nashville later in the year, any recommendations for a good realtor? Hello /r/nashville,
I've currently moved back in with my parents in Maine to help them get their house ready to sell but both they and I are looking at making a move to Nashville this year (considering splitting a duplex or just each finding our own place). I was wondering if anyone had recommendations for a good realtor who really knows the area. I certainly don't plan to buy anything sight unseen but narrowing some areas and having a few prospects before visiting would be helpful.
Also, how is the job market for software development down there? I work remotely right now so I can live wherever I want and keep my job but I want to make sure I have options down the road.

Nashville has excess demand for developers. Those who have a background in heathcare or insurance will be in especially high demand. I liked my realtor, Kate. She lives in town, sells in-town. She and her beautiful wife have an adorable daughter, which means she understands family. http://realestatewithkate.com/
