  Carolantic (919) 832-0594 does some of my commercial stuff Richard Hibbetts is one of my property managers, but that is commercial manager, not sure he does smaller. If he does, I'm sure he is good at it. Blair Commercial Realty (Eddie Blair) in Cary. He finds my new stuff all across the state. He is great!! Good luck.
