Prices have fluctuated between $25 and $30, but I was willing to go there since the owner (who cuts my hair) told me tips were not needed because students were fine with not tipping. I cut my hair once a month and would not be able to justify that price. Does anyone know a place in the OC that cuts decently for something below $40? Thanks in advance!
