  Hair salon recommendations I'm looking for a place to get my hair cut and colored in the Birmingham area that isn't too expensive. I'm a female with fine straight hair around shoulder length. I'm really picky about my hair and I don't want to go to someone that is going to cut it differently than what I ask for. I've had that experience at places in Birmingham before.
