Trying to plan a vacation My wife has celiac disease and she is sensitive to cross contamination. As many of you know, GF and celiac safe are offer two completely different levels of food safety. Resorts claim they have GF options, but I'm really nervous that my wife will wind up sick our entire trip.
We'd like a beach vacation to maybe Jamaica or St Lucia. We've been to a bunch of all-inclusives (couples, sandals, etc) pre celiac disease and would love to go back, but celiac user reviews on tripadvisor, etc are extremely conflicting.
Option 2 is to hit California wine country, preferably Paso Robles (since we've done Napa/Sonoma several times pre celiac).
I'm looking for positive or negative feedback for either option. Thank you!
