My fiancée, who at the tender age of 27 has recently gotten into yoga and things athletic, is thinking about taking her and her bridesmaids for a wonderful yoga retreat sometime this year. Has anyone here done something similar? Does anyone have any recommendations? My main concern is her finding a reputable instructor and having a genuine experience. How does one find a yogi somewhere abroad? Are there different styles elsewhere? How does this work? Please halp. She was looking into Costa Rica or Mexico as possible destinations, but would appreciate advice/hearing about on other locations/experiences! Thanks!
