I’ve also tried Calvine Coffee Roasters out of Matthews. While the each have whole bean options, I’ve noticed that they were all roasted more than one month prior to my purchase. I’d ideally like to purchase beans within a week of roasting or two weeks at the latest. Which local shops/roasters get their beans on the shelf within that time frame?
