  If you have a bias against chinese people, and you want an italian barber you can go here: http://www.litalianoparrucchieri.it/ but from what I read in reviews you have to go there physically, book an haircut and wait for at least one hour and half. But that's for €8. Otherwise my barber is in Via Padova 178 "Cla & Cla". He got fair prices (like €15/€20) and he's good at his work. Both of them doesn't speak english, so I suggest to bring a picture of the haircut you want.
