  From what I remember (Boston native) the airport is almost completely shut down at that time of night. There are definitely 24 hr accomodations nearby, but I have no specific recommendations for that or Airbnbs - as a local I've never had to take advantage. If you post your interests I'm happy to recommend sights, sites and activities
