  Realtor recommendations for first time buyer I did a search for threads and found a couple of recommendations, but wondering if anyone had an outstanding experience with a realtor or someone they would recommend to a first time buyer? There seems to be a ridiculous amount of random realtors out there and it's hard to know who to trust. I have a specific type of property in mind and I'm looking for a no BS realtor who will help me with finding the right place and is not just trying to make a quick buck.
