  Local Flat Fee Realtor/Broker? Might be looking to sell my home, but do not wish to pay full 3% selling commission. There are many Flat Fee Realtors where they list your property on MLS and have some services involved, but none seem to be local that I can find. Any recommendations?

  You are right to be careful, there are lots of flat fee websites out there who charge you hundreds to list but then refer you to an agent for a different company and only pay them $30. The agent takes the listing and needs to find a way to make more money, just to cover their costs. Please make sure you read past customer reviews.
