  About 10/15 eur is the going rate. When I lived in Fshain my go to bike shop was [Zum goldenen Lenker](http://www.zumgoldenenlenker.de/), they're good guys. If you have the time though it'd be great to try and learn to fix it yourself, as others say it's pretty easy and a good skill to have in the future or for days like today when all the bike shops are shut. I learnt how to do it when I was about 13 so it's not too tricky.
