  Termite Inspector? Anyone here had a termite inspection done and can recommend someone? I've read there are licensed termite inspectors, but my searches just pull up pest control companies. Do pest control companies usually do inspections as well and if so, are they as thorough? I see some offer free quotes, should I avoid those or are those ok to use? Thanks in advance! (The guy my agent used to recommend has recently retired, which is why I'm looking for one on my own.)
