  Indy caterers? A friend of mine is planning a weekend-long party, with people coming from out of town to stay, and wants to have an caterer take care of all the meals (for, say 40 people a sitting). Easy-to-prep buffet style rather than formal sit-downs. They have a fair amount of money to spend, and they're looking for recommendations. Good all-rounders who can serve up some local dishes, and smaller companies with a more personal service preferred over, say, Rouses. Any experiences/rec's? Many thanks.
