They rekeyed 5 locks and charged over $200. They required a credit card number before they would even come out, which should have been a clue. When we asked the technician for an explanation, he wouldn't give one. Instead, he said "Call the office". So I did. The office wouldn't explain the charges, either. "Omar" said he would call back, but never did.
The invoice had two parts: An hourly rate, for over $100, which was correct. And a separate part itemizing the work, also for over $100. They added both parts together for a total of over $200, charging twice for the same work, then refused to discuss it with me.
Ripoff. Dishonest people.
