  I've never heard of LCN manicures before. I found [this website](http://www.lcnusa.com/index.php/get-an-lcn-service), which definitely shows a lot of locations in northern NJ, but very little in Maryland. Once in northern Virginia and one north of Baltimore, but nothing easily accessible.
