  Frances Lee, I do not book air only trips, but if you have a hotel and/or excursions or rental car involved, let's plan a time to chat. If you'd rather do it yourself, my web site is great -- powered by Orbitz and is comparable to other sites such as Expedia, Travelocity, etc. Once booked, I recommend calling the airline directly to see what their policies are for the dog. I suspect you may have issues with some countries not allowing animals in without quarantine, but I'm not familiar with Oslo, Norway's policy -- the airline could share that with you. www.TripleRTravel.com is my site if you're interested.
