Best low-cost vet in Stockton? Hey all! My dog's a rescue and freaks out violently whenever anyone tries to groom him in any way. I really don't want any more unsuspecting groomers to be at his wraith but I'm also a college student with fluctuating income so I can't pay much; I've tried a couple vets in Stockton based on good Yelp reviews but I've had less than great experiences. So, does anyone know any good low-cost vets that don't overcharge for things such as sedation grooming? Thanks in advance!

behavior modification is gonna be better long term, and 100% free if you study up and do it yourself. sedation has risks and is expensive. http://www.dogingtonpost.com/help-my-dog-freaks-out-at-groomer/ is your dog in need of immediate grooming for its wellbeing you could try asking here, they've been good and affordable in my experience: http://rosemariepethospital.com/ but behavior training is 100% the way to go. what kind of dog do you have?
