  I do not have a dog, but take my cat here, https://topnotchpetspa.com/. The grooming is in a open area and the groomers seem VERY attentive to all the animals they're grooming. For instance my cat is a beast so they groom her in her bag and it works. When I was there a few days ago, there was a nervous dog and one groomer was comforting the dog as the other did his/her nails. I thought that was very kind.
