  I need help. I'm thinking about switching auto insurance companies because my rate was jacked-up when I moved. I currently have State Farm and love the service, but it's getting too expensive. (And yes, I've shared my concerns with my agent.) I've checked out a few other companies. Progressive and Geico are both considerably less expensive for basically the same policy that I currently have. The only thing that I'm worried about is the quality of service and ease of claims processing (if something were to happen, knock on wood). Does anyone have experience with Progressive, Geico or another company that you can share? Any advice?

  Happy to help! 913-375-9500. In my opinion I would stay with a company like Allstate, State Farm, etc. Saving a few bucks is nice but sacrificing customer service is something many people don't want to do. With us youll get a local agent, adjusters, inspectors, claims offices, etc. If you need something you can talk to the same person in my office each time vs. someone is a call center without any accountability or care in the world if youre happy or not. Happy to help anyway I can!
