  CPA recommendation for rental real estate investing I'm interested in purchasing a duplex and starting a rental real estate portfolio. Before I start the buying process, I would like to speak to a CPA or financial expert with real estate experience. I've done a lot of research on what the property terms should look like, but am interested in putting it in context of my own personal finances.
