  I used these guys, they did DTG printing for me, and did a great job. The vinyl lasted well, and I actually just removed it this weekend. I do my own artwork and EPS files, but I'm sure they can do it for you if you need it. http://www.segnigraphics.com/ For all 3 sides, I think it was less than $150. I applied the vinyl myself.
