  My daughter is already starting the process of getting info about moving out of the dorm next year. They have a group of Four. What's a reasonable expectation for rent. Some of the early places seemed high....more than double or triple of dorm costs. Are there are couple property management places to recommend?

  Dlkrentals.com It is way cheaper than dorms. My son is doing this. He is sharing an apartment with three other guys. You have to obviously buy food but you can also buy a meal card. Rent runs May through May so be prepared to pay during the summer even if your child is not staying there. My son got a full-time job out there and stayed the summer but he is only an hour and a half from home so he came home plenty.
