I’ve used this store a few times https://www.reliableparts.ca They’ve had the part I need in stock. I don’t know what your issue is but I thought my dish washer was broken but it was just the drain hose was plugged. No parts needed for that repair. :)

Basically, my friend's hubby has access to a 3D printer at work and will just print out a new knob and DIY it himself when they get back. Thanks again!

The A. replied:Samreen - I don't have a suggestion of where to purchase them but, I do know the following; which you may want to consider when looking at the purchase of major appliances. Typically the best time to buy most major appliances is during the months of September and October. During these two months, manufacturers unveil their latest models. This means that the previous year’s models must be discounted in order to make room for the new models that will hit stores in the winter. The exception to this rule is when it comes to refrigerators. Unlike the other major appliances, most manufacturers roll out their new models of refrigerators in the summer. This means that last year’s models get discounted during the spring. Keep in mind that if you're just trying to struggle through with older appliances for the next few months until prices are more reasonable than there are always some decent appliance repair people you can call for a professional opinion. You can also find a lot of replacement parts at "Reliable Parts" in North Edmonton - http://www.reliableparts.ca/
